How does an order work?

It's very simple. You put everything you want into the virtual shopping cart by clicking on it and when you're done, just follow the instructions.

You don't have to have an account - although this has some advantages - but you do have to provide your name, e-mail address and postal address so that everything you have ordered reaches you. Then you choose your preferred payment method from virtually every payment method that the online universe has to offer, and that's it.

After your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that summarizes everything you need to know. We will also notify you as soon as your order has left our Sacred Halls.

The rest is (pre)joy.

Do I need a customer account?

Of course we would be happy if you would also set up a customer account on the (or any other) occasion. This way you don't have to enter everything again with every order, you can save your payment details and you will receive the incomparable radbag newsletter with the latest products, racy bargains and everything else we do for our customers.

But it works without. Just as you like.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have completed an order but for some reason changed your mind, you can of course cancel it.
However, since we are - normally 😉 - are quite fast, it is of course possible that your order has already been processed. In this case we can't do anything more and your package will be sent.


How long is the shipping?

Our shipping normally takes 10-25 days to ship to the USA and 15-35 days worldwide. But please read always the shipping-information which are

provided on individuals products.

  • The delivery periods as provided are indicative only.
  • The estimated shipping time does not include possible customs delays.
  • The general and specific holidays in the destination country are not taken into account.
  • We can not be held responsible for missing the estimated delivery periods.
  • In the case of product returns, delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Where will my items ship from?

We have service fulfillment centers across the globe in Europe, US, Asia and Australia.

Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship almost all around the world.

*International orders are subject to import, duties, and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier may be able to give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.


What about the shipping costs?

As you probably already know, we ship worldwide without shipping costs.

Where is my package?

As usual nowadays, you can track the status of your order online. You will receive the corresponding link with your shipping confirmation.

You can also check the status of your order directly with us:

We need the following data from you, so that we can find your order:

- your order number (to be found in your order confirmation)
- your last name (which should be identical to the name entered under the billing address)
and either
- your e-mail address or
- the postcode of your billing address.

If you still can't find your order, please write us via the contact form. Please note that it can take 1 to 1 1/2 days after the order has been placed until your package is shipped and tracking can only be activated up to 24 hours after shipment. We ask you to wait this time (i.e. at least 48 hours after placing your order) before contacting us.
